A two oven Aga and companion gas oven and hob, Ubatuba granite worktops, plate racks, book shelves, hidden pantry and doors concealing the free standing fridge and freezer are fitted within the stone walls. Bespoke storage with a range of deep and shallow drawers and a Shaws Bowland sink complete a kitchen that is as practical as it is handsome.
From the mantle over the Aga (which matches one on a fireplace elsewhere in the room) and a free standing dresser with display lighting, to the solid beech dovetailed drawers and Crofts and Assinder wrought iron handles, every aspect of the client’s brief was fulfilled to make this the perfect workplace and appropriate setting for a happy cook.
