About Treske Kitchen Work

'We are extremely grateful for the expert, efficient attention that we have always received and the superb craftsmanship.  We will be writing to the MD in due course.'

Each Treske solid hardwood kitchen is made to the individual customer’s specification. Since it will last for many, many years, it is important that you make the right choices. We offer the following information as a guide.

Talking to the Designer
Once you have expressed interest in having a Treske kitchen, one of our kitchen designers will either meet with you at Treske or visit your home or premises to discuss your requirements and ideas. During a visit to Treske we can show you the wide range of options available to you for knobs, handles, interior fittings, storage, work surfaces, woods, stains and paints, and you can take wood samples away with you.

Design Process
A hand or computer drawn design is prepared and an estimate of costs given. Discussion then takes place regarding the finer points of the design and whether we have interpreted your ideas correctly. There is no charge up to this point and you can take as long as you need to decide on every detail of your kitchen. When a final design is agreed we give you a full quote on costs. We then fill out your order form and require a deposit to confirm that order.

Next
A convenient installation date is set and our project manager visits to take exact measurements so that we can begin making your kitchen. The project manager is responsible for co-ordinating work schedules with our fitters and all the other allied trades such as electrics, plumbing, tiling, flooring, plastering etc and the ordering and delivery of appliances. We use our own trades people but it is possible to use ones known to you if you wish, so long as they work with our project manager on schedules of work.

Fitting
Our skilled and experienced fitters live locally to you whilst they are working on your kitchen and are prepared to work long hours in order to complete the job as quickly as possible.
